IFA will begin using a camera system called Trace Soccer. This software will be used for our U13 teams and above. The system brings many benefits to our club, both for our teams as a whole and for our players individually. Our coaches will be able to provide educational team meetings using crucial information all accessible on video. Teams will learn using footage of their own games! Players will be able to watch themselves play which is imperative for growth in the game. They will even be able to create profiles with personalized individual highlights, which can be shared on social media or used for making a showcase for college recruitment. This valuable information will also be very helpful for our coach/parent conferences where players can be given more accurate player development goals.

How it works: Players will be given a GPS tracer which will be held in place by a shin guard sleeve on their calf. This sensor will track each players stamina, distance covered, top speed and minutes played among other data. It will even provide a heat map to show what area each player mainly covered during their game. Watch the video below to learn more about it!

IFA Tutoring program

Do you find yourself struggling to get all of your daily tasks done? Do you struggle to find time for your kids to get their homework done? Would your child benefit from some extra help in Reading or Math? Let us help you out!

We have a one month tutoring program taking off at the beginning of October. This program will be available at no extra cost to our IFA members between 1st and 6th grade. Players in these grades will have the opportunity to work with a tutor to complete homework or simply to improve reading or math skills. The tutors will be available during practices so your child can attend the tutoring session during their session off of practice. This program will require participants to sign up, so if it is something you are interested in, please make sure you sign up below as soon as possible to ensure your spot. If you are signing up more than one player, please complete additional registrations for each player.
